This stuff works!
I bought a house with a cement patio around a pool. There were a few sizable cracks in the cement. The quotes to repair or replace cement ran from 500 to 10k. Got a quote to resurface with rubberized garage floor coating and was quoted 30k. The pool man patched the cracks and a year later the repairs were cracking again. I found this and thought id give it a try. It was easy to apply with a caulk gun, filled in the cracks and dried quickly. Looks much better than the cement patch and seems to be holding up very well.

Fantastic product
I installed this product on a 20 x 40 in ground pool between the coping and concrete deck. The key is your preparation work. Dug out all the old grout sealer, wire wheeled down to the bare concrete. Used foam backer rod. The best part about this sealer is its self leveling. No need to tape off if you take your time. The finished product is absolutely perfect. It transforms the look into a brand new pool. What a difference!! Also cured beautifully. Highly recommend.

high quality and works great
I filled at least 100 foot of cracks in my drive way after using a crack chaser grinding wheel and SIKA flex sealant I have used other brands but for the little extra cost sikaflex sets up faster and dries quicker than 2 other brands I have used which helps to prevent anyone from smearing and tracking wet sealant across the cement.

Excellent sealing, highly flexible
The gray water tank on my class A RV was smelling terrible. It was getting inside the living area and making everything smell terrible. I couldn’t find a leak anywhere. When I looked at all the connections and the tank, the only thing I could find was how this pipe went into the top of the tank, there was no rubber connection with clamps. That seemed very suspicious to me. It just appeared to be stuck into the top of the tank, and sealed in there with what appeared to be plumbers putty. I called the manufacturer and asked if this was how it was supposed to be. I would purchase a rubber connection if it was available. They said they are still doing it this way and if they have a problem to use a Sikaflex gray compound. I purchased a tube, and although the pipe comes out of the top of the tank I used the self leveling compound. I started applying it above the suspect area and let it flow down over the existing stuff and let it flow onto the top of the tank. It actually made a very nice looking cone shaped seal. By that evening, I could tell the smell was getting better. It’s been about two weeks and you can’t detect it in the RV anymore. I have aired out the basement in the RV and that seems fine now too. I would highly recommend this flexible sealant. It’s amazing how flexible it is and how well it sealed this connection. We suffered with the smell for years until I had checked every fitting and the tank. The only thing left was this connection, but it appeared fine. The crack filling abilities of this self leveling system must have flowed into the source of the problem! Best ten bucks I’ve spent in a long time!

SEALANT ADEQUATE: SIKA CRACK FLEX DECENT PERFORMANCE 🏗️⚖️ [⭐⭐⭐☠️☠️]
Jay Fray delivering the balanced truth about this SIKA Sikaflex Crack Flex sealant in gray that provides decent sealing capability with some performance limitations! Purchased this SIKA Sikaflex Crack Flex gray sealant for concrete crack repair and sealing applications on construction projects and foundation maintenance work. The sealant performs decently for basic crack sealing though doesn’t achieve outstanding results. Adhesion quality works adequately with sealant bonding to concrete surfaces reasonably well for standard crack filling applications. The bond proves sufficient for typical residential repair work without exceptional strength. Flexibility appears acceptable with cured sealant maintaining some elasticity allowing minor concrete movement without immediate cracking. The flex capability works for normal expansion and contraction cycles. Application consistency proves workable with sealant that dispenses from tube without excessive difficulty and smooths reasonably well during tooling. The material handles adequately during application process. Curing time meets reasonable expectations with sealant setting within advertised timeframes and achieving usable hardness for protecting sealed cracks from weather exposure. Where this sealant loses stars includes performance that’s merely decent rather than exceptional, coverage rates that require more product than ideal, or durability questions for extreme weather exposure. For basic concrete crack sealing requiring functional repair without premium performance demands, this provides adequate results at reasonable Sika brand pricing. The gray color matches concrete reasonably well making repairs blend acceptably with existing surfaces for typical maintenance applications. For standard crack sealing on residential foundations or concrete surfaces, this delivers workable results when perfect repairs aren’t critical. Jay Fray verdict: Decent crack flex sealant providing adequate concrete sealing for basic repair applications. Functional Sika product that works without delivering exceptional performance!

it's the best!
Used on garage floor crack that extended from one side to the other. I used my mini grinder with a cheap diamond blade to chase the crack, then vacuumed the dust. The SikafIex sealant went on very easily after warming the tube on an old heating blanket. It's kind of gooey, but levels itself into the crack after a few minutes. I had watched a YouTube video on using this product which suggests to sprinkle some Quickrete on the repair to blend it in with the older concrete on the floor, and I found this works great, only don't sprinkle it with water like the video suggests. Just leave it alone for awhile and then whisk it off and vacuum after the Sikaflex has set up a bit. Was hesitant to start this job, but it really was pretty simple to do with the Sikaflex Concrete Crack Sealant. Make sure you wear gloves and old clothing. UPDATE - 1-1/2 year later: The Sikaflex has performed perfectly, however I would skip the Quickrete if I were to do it again. It turned kind of brownish and did not look like concrete. Next time I will just use the straight Sikaflex, since it does look like light colored concrete.

Great, but buy extra!
works well, but it is very fluid and you end up using more than you think you will if you have many cracks to fill.
