Now the good. There is little to no difference between taking these and drinking a strong cup of coffee, except for the fact that its in a capsule form. If taken as directed it gives a great energy boost, and its even all natural ingredients. What I do and have been doing for many years is opening up a capsule, pouring it into a pint bottle of water, tea or juice, and drinking throughout whatever activity I'm doing. It works like an EXCELLENT energy drink like that. It never makes me jittery. It keeps me happy throughout a workout, and keeps me alive and kicking during late night performances (I'm a musician). Taking 2-4 of these a week (on different days of course) is completely safe in my experience, much cheaper than energy drinks or coffee, and will not get anyone addicted.
