I have read several of John Maxwell’s books on leadership and have learned a lot of valuable skills that have helped me in both my business and personal life. Not surprisingly, when assembling a collection of “success” books to give to my son as a gift for his 21st birthday, John Maxwell came to mind. I was having a hard time deciding which book to give my son and then I came across this book. This Daily Reader is AWESOME! Why? Because it incorporates the timeless leadership principles and wisdom from John Maxwell’s many books into a day to day format that allows the reader to put the skills into practice one day at a time! What a perfect answer to my problem! I couldn’t wait to get the book and read through it before I gave it to my son. All I can say is WOW. It is so much better than I had even hoped! The 365 days’ worth of leadership principles and daily action steps in this book are awesome. My son loves it and I can see already that it is helping my son to develop leadership skills and to positively influence people in his life. This book is a definite must have for anyone who loves writings of John Maxwell, and for anyone who wants to make their life better, one day at a time! Love, this book, everyday there is simple page /short paragraph to read that gives you something to think deeply about. Gives insight into our own behaviors, thoughts, and our heart. Super glad, I found this book. If you are in a management position, you should read this. It gives you cause to think, on how you can do better in treating your work mates, by encouraging them, and how you can become a better manager.

If you’re looking for a good daily dose of leadership, then look no further. This is a fantastic leadership reader. It’s filled with nuggets of leadership wisdom every day from perhaps the most prolific and influential leadership teacher in history. This is a great tool for people who aim to grow, which really should be all of us. Leadership is influence, and influence is about relationships. So we can all stand to become better leaders.

This book has been life changing if you read it consistently and apply the knowledge to daily work life. Would highly recommend

The book contains the contents that I was looking for but Iʻm not sure if this is the orginal printout. This may have been a reprint of the original book.

If you enjoy John C. Maxwell, you will really enjoy this book. It is like a ‘best of’ lessons summary. It also has references to which of his books that lesson was from, if you want to delve deeper. I also love the layout of this book. There is a lesson for every day of the year but what I especially appreciate is the list of topics at the start of each month.
