They have been really great, so I figured I’d buy the same model because why not? They should be exactly the same in quality - you would think. That was wishful thinking - talk about disappointing. The sound quality is CLEARLY NOT THE SAME as the original pair of Jabra Elite 65t I have. The sound quality is cheap. I gave these earbuds a try hoping for the same good quality sound, but unfortunately, they fall short in almost every category. The audio is thin and tinny, with highs that are overly sharp and bass that’s either barely present or muddy and indistinct. Vocals sound muffled, as if they’re buried under a layer of static, and turning up the volume only introduces more distortion. There’s also no real soundstage to speak of and everything feels crammed into the center with no depth or direction. While they might work in a pinch for podcasts or casual calls, they’re not suited for anyone who cares about audio quality. They also DO NOT RESPOND TO THE APP EQUALIZER INPUTS. It’s hard to believe the internals are the same as the originals - who knows what renewed actually means here. These are bluetooth only. If you are looking for USB plug in headphones, I would recommend the Logitech H800 or H600. The H800 are dual switched. As well as a USB wireless there is a switch for bluetooth which I linked to my phone. the H600 are USB wireless only. The Jabra Elite 65T will work with 2 devices at a time. If you are using them with your computer for conference calls (skype, teams, whatever), I suggest that you disconnect them from the bluetooth on your phone. If someone calls your phone, they automatically switch over if not disconnected. However these only lasted about a week before the right earbud started to refuse charging when put back in the case. Case is fully charged, earbuds left in for hours, pull them back out and they’re dead.
