It does not wobble or vibrate in the least. Assembly was easy: just four bolts. While the welds are not the cleanest I've ever seen, they seem solid. As you can tell from the photos, the iron weights I use fit on the rack without any overlap. On the side with two pegs, I have my 45 lbs and a couple of my 25 lbs. On the other side, I keep 2.5, 5, and 10 lb weights. As set up in the photos, it's holding 240 lbs. I'm confident it can hold quite a bit more. There is a gap of at least a couple of fingers-width between all of the racked plates. I would not recommend this rack for bumper plates because they would overlap. But if you read the description in the ad, they point this out. The price was right and for an economy choice, this might be the best plate rack on desertcart.
