These are great! They are adjustable which I like because I have different sizes of pie pans. They can be a bit tough to get the hang of. It's a bit like handling a snake, but once you get them in place, they work really great at protecting the edge of your pie crust, plus you don't burn your fingers getting them off the pie pan.
