Adjustable Silicone Pie Crust Shields - Baking Protectors Cover Ring Fits 8-11.4 Inch Pies

These are great! They are adjustable which I like because I have different sizes of pie pans. The ring hooks on the bottom but the extra top hangs loose (see photo), which is not a show-stopper for me but seems like it could use a design modification. Still a 5-star for me. I'm not a paid Amazon influencer.

Awesome product. Great invention. Worked great to keep edge of piecrust and pizza crust from burning. Much easier to use than trying to keep strips of foil in place to protect edge of crust.

They can be a bit tough to get the hang of. It's a bit like handling a snake, but once you get them in place, they work really great at protecting the edge of your pie crust, plus you don't burn your fingers getting them off the pie pan.

I recently bought these for my pie making. I have to bake my apple pie at 425 for 30 min before lowering the temp for another 40 minutes - and this crust shield is so helpful to preserve the crust without it coming out burned or uber dry! It was easy to use and did not adversely affect the way my pie edges baked overall. I added it about 10 minutes into baking, just to give the crust a good setting in the oven - then quickly looping this protector around the pie edge. It is a durable material, was easy to unfurl and wrap, and was adjustable. I had a couple inches left for using it on my 9" pie pan, so it would easily accomplish covering a larger pan. It cleaned well with hot water and a tad of soap. I keep it in a drawer, rolled up - easy to store. This is a helpful, handy gadget for pie bakers!

These Work Great! Had Pumpkin Pie soon after delivery. Were easy to wash and store. Protected the Pie crust just as advertised!

Seems to shield edge fine. But does not fit a Pyrex pie pan. About 3/8 inch short. That is very frustrating.

It is not long enough to go around a deep dish pie plate. It is short at least inch. Such a good idea. Very disappointed.

Bought as a gift for my mother-in-law who always just uses aluminum foil. She was happy to get these and feels they will make her life easier when baking pies. They seem to be made well and are as advertized for size and color.

Easy to use, fits a 10” pie pan. Very happy with the results!

Love these Pie crust protectors! I have had others but they were always not good enough, fell off, not wide enough etc. These are perfect and I am so happy I came across them! I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended silicone crust protectors so I ordered these. They work excellent, work for many sizes of pie plates. Finally I bake a pie without having crusts too brown or worse black. Love them

This is good, but not perfect. It's a little flimsy, so it can be difficult to adjust while wearing Ovegloves or kitchen mitts. I wish it stayed on the pie better, but again... it's really the only product for this that I'm aware of. And it does its job, keeping the crust from burning. Will keep using until I find a better solution.
