Ginger jam
Found this jam over sweet.placed it in fridge after using it,looks like sugar crystals ,have brought other ginger jam But it's the only one that the changed It's consistency. To white crystals .with a little amount of ginger jam at the bottom of the jam jar.

Features of the product and my experience with it
Amazon rejected my first review on the grounds that I erroneously reviewed shipping and packaging experience and I have been asked to keep in mind that "...reviews should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it." So here goes... A specific feature of the stem ginger jam was the broken glass mixed in with the preserve. My experience with it was to not encourage my mother to eat it, but to instead dispose of it safely into a bin.
