I went into this purchase knowing the odds when buying cheap Chinese “knocks”. Sometimes you get less than what you pay for. This is one of those cases where the product is pretty close to what this company was aiming for. One of the things that made me anxious about this light was the light ring. There are several variations of this light on Amazon. Some will show one style in the description but looking at the customer pictures the ring was something else entirely. Some rings are thin, some very wide with a smaller radius. And some that would leave a very distinctive black gap between ring and the edge of the light. This light was the exact one I wanted. A large ring with minimal black edges so when installed in the bucket makes the ring look like its is the edge. Pros: Good quality build Very bright light ring The headlight brightness is decent Cons: The High beam does absolutely nothing My unit came with a small scratch on the center of the glass Mehs: The cable for the DRL and Turn signal are short and have a none standard quick connect.

i read a review from a YTuber about fitting a Rebel 500. it does fit almost perfectly. i am not talented to do a lot of exchanges, but this light does fit, sooo much better than stock headlight, really bright, wider, longer beam. no problem riding at night. if you want a great LED light without the huge price, this is it.

I installed a pair as a custom swap on my beater BMW. They were easy to install and put out lots of light. That said, the light spread pattern is not very even or smooth, and the halo effect looks too chunky and not that attractive (ring strip is too wide). They also look a little funky in the daytime (not on), so the design could be refined to improve that a bit more. I do love the ability to use the halo as an amber turn signal which worked out great for me in this application. I may just try to come up with a visual mod for the halos like painting the outer edge or something. Value for the money is definitely there!

Very nice looking headlight. My ride is a 2019 XL883N Harley Davidson Iron 883 Sportster. The install was plug and play. The package comes with two harnesses I did not need. But I borrowed the red wire from one harness to connect with the yellow wire. Halo ring turned on. I provided step by step pictures on my installation. Hope it helps. Items needed : 1. One wire nut. Smaller is better. 2. Wire strippers. 3. Screwdriver. And that's it to connect the halo ring. Overall plug and play. It turns on low beam and high beams without the halo ring without the hack. But it works. Awesome headlight.

Not bright at all

I had to install is a real dumb way, you might wanna check out what you got before you buy a light, open up your headlight that you already have don’t just let Amazon tell you that it fits ur bike, otherwise the nights seem like they don’t do anything but they a a little, the low beams are literally just as bright, the halo turns off when you turn on the brights so it actually seems like it gets dimmer lol, but anyways for this price your getting that cool new look, which is exactly what you want if you can figure out how to mount and aim this thing, I managed to aim it the best I could, it’s cool going from old school lights to having blinding leds, the different color of light is awesome, it works at least, eventually I want this same thing but with a chrome inside instead of black. It’s good for the money you pay. Just a pain in the ass but hey that’s life.

If you want the halo ring to work, you have to splice the red wire for the ring into the yellow wire that goes to the connector for your original headlight. The LEDs are very bright. You won't need the high beam. It makes no difference. The spread, however, is not as even as with some brand name headlights due to the fact that the lenses used are cheap and most likely made out of plastic. I'm still giving 5 stars because this is a 50 dollar headlight and for that amount of money you get a lot. It looks nice and you will be seen with those headlights, believe me.

I loved the look of this headlight and with it being a led thought it would be great however I need to replace it cause the light is so weak quite litterly can’t tell much of a difference between high and low beam
