erod BEME International Battery Power Kit

Allows the curtains to be opened or closed a good 12 feet from the window... it is simply mounted on the wall and the beam hits the ceiling... works just great

This thing is HUGE and takes a lot of batteries. My fear is that if you don't check any corrosion in time, it will end up running down the walls. We ended up returning it and just tucking the power cord behind the curtain, you can't even see it.

My curtains are 18 ft tall and an ugly extension cord was out of the question. This works awesome.

Works just as promised. One of the eRods is a bit fussy with the remote, but otherwise great.

This is a piece of plastic--with no batteries--and almost impossible to open the battery cargo area! IMHO, it's worthless, and certainly not even close to the paying price. (I must mention, though, that the customer service is always very good.)

WARNIG Do not buy this product, you will be extremely disspinted. I order this to replace the missing cable. It is a plastic box with regular battery posts, that's all fine and dandy, but I had to place card board and tape inside so the batteries would line up where they are supposed to be and I still have to tap it to make it work. The reason I am giving this 2 stars is because there customer service contacted me and offered to send me a replacement or cable without any issues or charges. Thank you Jeremy Valkoun from Erod. One last note the Erod itself is amazing.

I ordered this to go along with the BEME electronic drapery rod. As I was not sure if I would be able to hide the wires, but with little help I was able to conceal the wires. So I had no use for this battery kit, In all this process I went over 30 days of return policy but I never used the battery kit even though I opened the packaging. I contacted Amazon rep and I was not expecting at all that it would be super easy to have return authorization, not only he authorized my refund but also sent me return label to my email address right away. Way to go "Micah". You certainly made me a happier customer who would be returning to Amazon for future purchases. Regards,

Battery pack works as advertised. Performance of motorized rod is no different than when plugged in. We've only installed in last month, so we don't really know the longevity. So far, so good.
