Doesn't come with case.
Doesn't come with case, only the game card itself with a piece of note stating it is a renewed product that is it. The game card itself is fairly clean, no dirt or stain of any kind, and it is functional and playable as if original. Case or not is not really my concern much anyway so long as it work is all what matter. Overall it is a good purchase for the price.
