I am an amateur guitarist and usually just pick it up once in a while but not super frequently. f For me this has been a ton of fun to mess around with and experiment with new sounds. I have heard of pedals before but never really used them and this is a great first experience. The board itself is well made, it feels solid and all the switches and knobs work great. All the effects also sound pretty good to me and the board was easy to get the hang of from just a bit of messing with it. I have also been using my guitar a whole lot more now because I can get sounds and replicate some of my favorite songs much better. I have really enjoyed this product and think its a good pickup for your guitar set up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars this pedal is nice- i like the selection of effects available *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2019* The media could not be loaded. I like how there are 6 setting and the setting chosen are the main effects i use when playing the type of music that would require a peddle. I like these basic effects and i am a guitar player that uses more delay and reverb than distortion. I do use distortion, just more sparingly due to my emphasis on hearing the strings in a purer way. This nice peddle by the Gokko brand is therefore perfect for me. The foot switches are designed perfectly for constant use. They are the small metal protrusion style rather than the flat foot peddle design which can wear out easily. With the smaller node style they can easily be replaced if needed. I like the solid metal design with no cheap plastic parts which makes this peddle ready for the road and heavy moving around from gig to gig.Reviewing a guitar peddle is new to me and can easily become subjective. To make this accessible to everyone i have included a short video about a minute long where i simply turn up the effects and switch around with minimal actual guitar playing so the effects can be focused on. I am happy with the video because i push all of the buttons and focus on changing and turning the additional effects knobs so the sound changes drastically therefore showcasing the extreme variations of the peddle.I love the green led lights that light up the areas of the unit that are in use. This is very useful when playing in dark areas. The green light is so strong it actually illuminated the surrounding area acting as a mini light.I am picky about by delay settings and this delay effect on this peddle is nice. I play something towards the end of the video that shows the nice effect when used in a string muting/picking way.Not visible in the video is my digital audio interface. I use a Roland sp555 for this and i switched the connection for the peddle works on the Roland sp. I hit samples from the sample bank and sent vocals through the distortion effect causing interesting results.This peddle comes with a built in tuner which is nice. I have messed around with elaborate name brand multi effects peddles and they can be a hassle. Being that this peddle has only 6 main sounds is perfect. This is ideal because you can easily hook up additional pedals to the back. The is a send and receive quarter inch hookup area on the back. Also there are mini aux cable ports and three pronged ports for a mixer to quarter inch hookup.I have been in a jam project for a year now with a guy who has a huge elaborate effect peddle by a leading brand and he has yet to figure it out.
