Fortunately my Uni allowed for students to still hire our graduation attire. However, there were strict instructions from the hire company not to throw the mortarboard. I really wanted pictures with my hat in the air. This hat was perfect. It was almost identical to the hire one all but slightly bigger & longer tassels. You would not notice unless you had the hire one to compare. This one had a handy elastic inside to adjust, where the hire one had none & I had to pin it to my head. It was perfect and when I had to return the hire items after pictures I had this as a momentum. If you want the best, then this is it. It is a must buy and the quality is superb. It is hanging on my wall now, intact & not a mark or any disfigurement.
