I have been thru a lot of inexpensive but practical RV dishes & glasses. Yes real china/glass is nice, but not in and out of an RV, or rattling around on a rough road. Tried the paper plates with holders thing, cutting thru the plate on a steak more than once. Fine for burgers or a hot dog but . . . just sayin'Someone had these at a campground and they looked good and were the right size. I was amazed at how light yet strong they were. Wheat straw? I had never heard of that. Bought some bowls. Liked them a lot, so bought some glasses. Liked them a lot, so I bought these plates. Yep - I like them a lot. Easy to clean, very light and easy to nest them together and shelve with no shake rattle and roll. I am pleased I found these.

They microwave well, they wash well. I did have to use some bleach on one when I heated up something with Turmeric (a yellow spice that stains) otherwise they are smooth on the inside and food comes right off. (Matte outside, slick on inside) FYI: Yes they will get knife marks in them if you cut things as they are plastic, but for the price, who cares! I have 2 sets and also bought the bowls. My fave thing about this smaller dish here, is the turned up edge. Great when you have a meal with juice that runs all over, or for your messy eaters. Kids can drop these and they don't break. Also, they're a "green" environmental product which is always a good thing.

I love these plates, salad plates, bowls, and cups. We use them in our camper. They are very easy to clean, even stuck on eggs. The only drawback I noticed is that when I Took out potatoes from the grill and put them on the plate, the edge of the plate melted a little tiny bit. You just have to keep them away from hot utensils. Very light weight! Also, I love the colors. The bowls are deep enough for A heaping helping of chili, and the plates have a rounded edge that keeps sauce, gravy, stew, on your plate.

Thought I was re-ordering a set of wheat straw plates I got a couple of years ago, which I’ve been happy with. When the new ones arrived, however, they are quite a bit smaller than the ones I previously got. Not happy about the size difference, as I selected “buy it again” option and was expecting a duplicate of my first set of plates. I’ll use these, but I’m not pleased that they’re smaller!

I have just received these and like them very much. I have a weak grip from arthritis and have dropped a few glass items and broken them, which is a real safety hazard. I have been using paper plates and running out of them. These are pretty pastel colors, have a curved edge and won't take up much space-- but most important, they won't break!! I am already considering buying the bowls.

I got these plates to help portion dinners and it has worked out well. I like that they are bamboo and more eco friendly. The kids like the different colors too.

These plates are delightful. They are lightweight, easy to stack and clean in a dishwasher and just the right size. I really enjoy having them. In fact I went back and purchased a second set.

I have bowls made of the same material and love them. But these plates are simply too small to use as dinner plates.
