Chocolate Pods

Lovely hot chocolate.

I order this regularly and as always it arrived on time and was exactly as expected

Tastes more like Horlicks than actual hot choc drink . Creamy and can tell not cheap brand by taste . Med acceptable sugar content and frothy when made

Such a good price for the chocolate horlicks I have a small but decent size Dolce Gusto machine my Mum bought me Use it every day, works well, and tried lots of drinks, some more nicer than others So my finds on this particular flavour and price… Price currently very good and decent taste of horlicks Because my machine is used with smaller size glasses, I find one pod enough However a normal size mug, I use two pods before bed time Watching the colour change from brown from the pod, I pop another in, when it’s near to getting water colour. Using two pods in a standard mug just doubles up to give a full mug, which we like before going to bed. The more water pours through the weaker the horlicks is and tastes weaker As I said the smaller glasses, are great, a tad smaller than full standard mugs, the horlicks taste lovely Of course doesn’t taste the same as adding milk with the pan, but it’s a generous taste Having a normal mug at night does help us sleep a quality sleep So highly recommended from us, and very good price from this supplier * I hope I was helpful in my review * Thank you to the seller

I love the taste of Galaxy Hot Chocolate so was really pleased to see it in a Dolce Gusto pod as it makes life so much easier. Although it says number 6 on the water level, I prefer number 7 as I find it quite strong & sweet. It's easy enough to alter the level to your taste & you can always add a splash of milk in afterwards if you prefer. It's really easy to make a mocha choca to my own taste by starting with an espresso pod on number 3 & then pop in a Galaxy on number 7.

I bought the chocolate one to make a nice bedtime drink. I must say the taste and quality surpassed my expectations. No sugar nor anything else needs to be added. However, with the strength only being a 4 bar per pod the amount is not enough for a bedtime drink. I did not realize on the front of the box there is written at the left hand bottom corner 2 X level 4 and to get at least 75% of your mug full, you do need to use 2 pods. In consequence you get 8 drinks and not 16 which doubles the price. I will not be buying any more at this price.

There are a bit watery, I use 3 in one cup then it's not too bad.

These are very nice, tastes just like Horlicks chocolate lol Anyway they work as you'd expect, they don't explode or anything. Sometimes pods can get stuck in your machine...but that's only if you leave your pod in the machine. If that happens just run the machine and the heat will cause it to come unstuck.
