This was a random pandemic purchase to add a little excitement to breakfast for my kiddos. So far, I have been pleased with it. I’ve used it maybe 6 times. I did check out the more expensive flip-style waffle that makes several waffles at once, but could not justify the $75 price tag plus, I liked that this one looked like an actual waffle instead of a pancake. I was going to attempt to do waffles from scratch, but opted for $2 Krusteaz waffle mix from target and am glad I decided against being an overachiever in the kitchen. The waffle mix works and tastes great. They are on the sweeter side so you don’t need much maple syrup. Takes about 4 mins per waffle. Waffles are a nice size for my 2 and 5 year old kids. Not gonna lie, I enjoy them as well. Have had no issues with burning them and clean up is pretty easy. No different from any other waffle maker that I’ve used. I’ve owned 2 before this one. I make a bunch and throw the ones we plan to eat right away in a warm oven and the others I pop in a freezer bag so I can have some ready to go in a pinch, if needed. You just put em in the toaster oven to reheat and they taste fresh and crisp. I feel like this is a $12 - $15 waffle maker and I paid ~$20 so I knocked a star off.

My 2-year-old loves Mickey Mouse, so I bought this waffle maker to make him Mickey shaped waffles. I reviewed several other Mickey Mouse waffle makers and decided on this one due to the great price and the fact that it makes conventional waffles complete with squares for the toppings to collect (vs. the flatter and more pancake-like appearance of the pricier waffle makers). The waffle maker is really easy to use and has non-stick plates that are truly non-stick and do not require cooking spray or oil prior to use. Inside the box was an instruction manual that included 4 different waffle recipes...I am looking forward to making the chocolate waffles! Some reviewers have complained about the small size of the waffles, which had me concerned- I don't want to be cooking waffles all morning just to get everyone fed. The size turned out to be be perfect! I served waffles with scrambled eggs on the side and my 2-year-old, my teen, and myself were satisfied with one waffle each. The waffles popped right out of the machine and there isn't any residue or crumbs left inside. Bottom line is I am very happy with my purchase. I have no reservations about recommending this product and would purchase it again without hesitation.

Good little waffle maker, it takes about 4 minutes to make each waffle and about 1/2 cup of batter. I sprayed the inside with cooking oil for the 1st waffle but it's non-stick so I didn't spray again. We (me and child) made a bunch and froze them, now I just pop one in the toaster when we want one. Easy to clean, just wipe it down inside and out with a damp cloth. Way better waffles than commercially prepared frozen ones, these are thicker and taste better.
