There is plenty of strap left after I buckled my kayaks in place.....I had to cinch it up pretty good. **Q: Does this have the ability to attach to a pegboard?** A: Pegboard will not hold 100lbs from two hangers for vary long IMO. If you ran a piece of plywood horizontally under the pegboard where you plan to hang the supports for kayak holder that may help.
