Prym Crochet Hook H, Size H8/5mm

Love these hooks! Durable and the yarns flows so well with it! Light weight and very comfortable in your hand.

This is a nice hood. It is ergonomic and feels nice in the hand. The glide of the yarn on and off the hook is decent but I find the metal hooks smoother. It’s a nice size and easy to use for beginners. I would buy it again.

I try not to want these. They do break easier than you would think, which is frustrating. Especially if you use aluminum hooks regularly. But their pointy tip, great hook shape, the handle length, being able to twirl the hook as you pull through a tight stitch, cannot be beat. So i have been buying another one when i break one. Anything smaller than 4.5mm needs a little more care. Aluminum you can pull through at any angle... With these plastic ones, I try to move the work so the hook can stay straight instead of accidentally bending that hook back.

Best crochet hook I’ve ever used. So smooth, the yarn just glides along and never gets stuck like on metal hooks. Worth the money for such a great hook.

As plastic hooks go, these are some of the best. Handle is comfy and shank holds up to intense crochet sessions with a nice glide thru the stitches. May squeak a little with some yarns if that bother's you, but it's the nature of the beast with a plastic hook. I'm still praying for a size I 5.5mm - are you listening Prym??

I love Prym crochet hooks. Personally like the grip and the ease of the yarn sliding on the hook. They are well made and each of them of their own color assigned to them. They are comfortable to hold and I would recommend them.

Comfortable grip and smooth with yarn. A little squeaky with acrylic yarn.

I LOVE these. They are light, and have a pointed top. Importantly, they aren't too pointed, no riping or splitting the yarn. Just enough of a pointed to help you get through tight stitches. I love the natural grip they have. Someone said it's like a toothbrush handle. I don't know about that, but I find them extremely comfortable. I only wish the sets came with more sizes.
