I suffer from scoliosis, curvature of the spine, inflammatory arthritis, Crohn’s disease and endometriosis. I’m a 51 year old woman, with lots of health problems. Before purchasing this device, I was using wheat bags, heated up in the microwave, to put on my back, or my stomach. I had to heat, wheat bags in the microwave for 4 minutes, and 20 seconds, and the heat from that, lasted all of about 10 minutes. This piece of kit, has honestly, changed my life for the better. I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s true. I know it’s a little expensive, but the health benefits, you get from using this, outweighs the expense. Thank you for inventing this, absolutely piece of kit, and if you are dithering, about purchasing it, put it in your basket, and check out quick, as honestly, you will not regret purchasing it.

I can set it for a longer time than other products, so I wear it over my thick clothes when I sleep at a lukewarm temperature of about 40 degrees. I don't notice much difference in symptoms after about a month, but after continuing to wear it for three months or more, my symptoms improved and my lower back pain, which had been persistent for years, was completely cured after wearing it for over six months. The controller is stable and does not malfunction. However, the connector is difficult to remove and prone to breakage. It is inconvenient to have to unzip it every time you stand up from your seat. Even if the connector breaks, there is a three-year warranty and when I contacted their friendly customer service, a replacement was quickly sent to me. I think it is a safe purchase.

I bought this as I was getting pain in my lower back and hip, as it described you could place it in different areas. I am really happy and after using it for only three days feel so much better. The controls are easy to use and it is very comfortable. It may be a little more expensive than other models but I am glad I chose this one.

My wife has used hot water bottles, hotties and other heated mats in the past, and you have to keep using them. This creates a deep heat - the warmth penetrates the muscles so it's often one and done: one application and the pain has gone. Thoroughly recommend

Nice product but I bought it as a Christmas present and you never boxed it up so everybody seen what it was and it's ruined Christmas now. I've given it to her today because the surprise has gone and now I need to find a replacement to cover it!!!! Amazon always boxes up so why now of all times, you know Its Christmas. I will think twice about using you again!

Really nice bit of kit in a convenient size/weight. Bought it for my mother and she has arthritis pain and mobility issues and this has certainly he helped her manage her condition. Before we bought this we were warming her a microwaveable bag several times a day. With this belt she can use it, as and when she needs to. We had a slight issue after 4 months, which was outside the Amazon return process. However with the one year warranty still active, I emailed customer services and described issue and photos. They promptly agreed to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Brilliant customer service. I would recommend this infrared heating pad containing jade stone.

Love this already and it only arrived yesterday! It is a bit uncomfortable to wear due to the stones and it's not portable - main electric- but it does work. Gives relief for different kinds of problems too - arthritis as well as muscular pains. Just wish it was portable as it means you have to stay in one place plugged in for the duration of your treatment.
