Are the lights all ready on the tree or do you have to put them on?

You have to put the lights and the ornaments on the tree.

How many tips on this tree?

I bought this tree last year and it has been excellent. I still have it on the table. I have not counted the tips that it brings, but they are enough for that size. also includes lights.

Can i purchase same branches from this company to match with the white tree as extra add ons? More branches needed near the top to make tree balanced

I really don't think so and there would be no way to attach them

Can I make this tree shorter?

First, I would not because it would look out of proportion. Also, I would not know if once you cut it that that would cause stability issues. Your risk. Good luck on finding the tree right for your home.
