My surface book 2 is not connecting. It does not connect automatically. Hiw doni get it to connect to surface book 2?

You should be able to turn your surface pro on and it should automatically pair. It does not connect to blue tooth. It literally should automatically pair and you should be able to write with it.

Where is the upper button do you turn on I have a surface pro 5 does not work

The "button" on top is decorative, not an on-off switch. There doesn't seem to be one. Press top button on side to get it to write, bottom button to erase.

Is this product compatible for all touchscreen computers?

No, it will not. It only works on windows devices that supports MPP 1.5.
