The dirty martini juice is quite good and you do not need a lot in your cocktail unless you like it REALLY salty. For a Martini holding 3 oz of gin, I usually use about 3/4 oz of juice, just enough to "take the edge off".Let me give a plug to Lehmann Farms. I buy a lot more than just the juice from them. I visited New Orleans several years ago and after drinking Bloody Mary's at a certain breakfast place, I was hooked. Celery stalk? Nah. Now I drink "stuffed" Marys and Tinis. Pickled asparagus, pickled okra, pickled cocktail onions which are larger than usual and they come in two flavors (I like the sweet), pickled tiny green tomatoes and pickled Martini mushrooms. They have other things as well. Use these delicious and crisp veggies in your cocktails or just have them out on the table as an appy or side dish.
