Extra Strength Natural Look Penetrating Sealer, 5 Gallon (184), Clear

Excellent product, does what it claims to do. Super easy to apply; I used a paint roller for application of two outdoor areas with flagstone. Went on super fast, socked in and dried quickly. As instructed, I tested an area 4 ours later and it was sealed. I could detect no odor whatsoever outside. I wished I applied this to my outdoor grill and dining area 5 years ago when it was first built. Over the years, grease and spills from dining guests did stain some of my flagstone and there's no way to get that out. After application last week, we had a party and a few guests did spill and everything came up without a stain! The product is affordable too. I've used another product from this company that was also superb but for whatever reason, a quart was $45! This was far more affordable and works. Once dry, you'll see no difference between the area protected versus those that are not; it absolutely maintains the original appearance. I have an outside shower area and only wanted to use the product around the shower (no need elsewhere). It is impossible to tell where the product was applied and not applied, unless you get the area wet! Then you really see how well protected the flagstone is; water beads up. You can cover a large area rather quickly with a paint roller and matching tray. Pour the liquid in, let the roller soak it up, roll. Couldn’t be easier to apply.

I am in the concrete business for decades and this is my first time trying this sealer and I love it. Is great. Will definitely purchase this again. And I will recommend it to other subs.

PURCHASED A SPRAYER AND USED EVERY DROP OF THIS GALLON ON A 20X20' FLAGSTONE PORCH FLOOR, PRODUCT WORKS, REPELS THE WATER AND NO LEAVES HAVE STUCK TO IT YET. DON'T BUY A CHEAP SPRAYER IT SPRAYS TO MUCH AT ONE TIME.

We use this product at our church for patio sealing and for the stone steeple. Now when kids spill messy drinks on the patio there is no more scrubbing required, only hosing the spill off.

Do not buy!!! I am a licensed contractor and I think I paid for nothing more than water! Stay away from this!!!

It dried quite quickly for me (approx 1 hour), but then again, I live in a dry SW USA. I sprayed it on my newly-poured driveway, and it beads water off as if the driveway is made of plastic. It’s so incredibly effective. Also, the 5 gallon bucket has a pour spout that made it super easy to pour into my little pump bucket, and the feature made is incredibly easy to store.

Did not work for me.I will not buy it again.

Sealed about 3000 SF of new concrete using a sprayer. Went on well and the concrete quickly absorbed the sealer. Every 2 to 3 minutes used a towel to remove excess that was not absorbed. Dried quickly to the touch.
