Unlike some exercise cards I've seen, these are well made and easy to follow. Access to video demos clarifies any queries. The grading is helpful and allows reasonable progression. The box is sturdy and the magnetic closure strong enough to throw in the gym bag ready when needed.

I really thought the cards would have better exercises than they do. I like that they instruct you what height to put the bands for specific exercises ( I have something that wraps around doors specifically for resistance bands, like the ones used on these cards).

ok, maybe it's a'me' problem??-but you have to peel the plastic off the cards and THEN you discover that their idea of resistance bands is not yours-mine are like the normal multi coloured giant elastic band things(I'm sure there is a proper description but you get the drift) and these exercises are all for things that seem to be attached to some anchor point on a wall or a door, and I know no-one with that set up do not get if you have the individual resistance bands that are colour coded for stretchability as most of these exercises cannot be used with them

I was initially put off buying these from other reviews, then I noticed these were the 'improved bigger cards new for 2019'. They are approx 11cm x 7.5cm. The quality was good. I like the fact different body areas are colour coordinated. I look forward to using them.

I never write reviews however I LOVE these resistant band cards! I am a PE teacher and a regular gym goer and since lockdown I have taken to exercising at home. I have had my resistant bands for as long as I can remember however only knew a limited amount of exercises for them. This stack of 52 cards has completely changed the way in which I use them! I also purchased the dumbell stack and the bodyweight stack which I have also been using and love! I tend to focus on different body areas each day so on my chest and back day I will take the chest and back cards out of each pack and mix them up to create a workout. Thete are lots to choose from to keep my workouts interesting and varied. Thank you stack 52! x

These cards are great for inspiration for your workout and for generating new ideas. Love them, easy to use and add variety to my training.

I really like these cards. Easy to read, use, and no problems understanding the exercise. Good ideas for exercises and how to take a different approach to spruce it up. Trying to get into exercising myself, so this is a help to me. Also, the package is nice that holds the cards, magnetic closure to keep cards in one spot. Cards are decent, sturdy. I mean, pawing through them is easy and has a little description telling what the colors are for exercises, ease of use for sure. I even told my friend about it, she didn’t even know they made these types of cards, so that was also a plus to let her know.
