Fresh, Whole Nori Sheets — Easy to Use for Sushi Rolls
I used these nori sheets to make sushi at home. I’m definitely not an expert and it was actually my first time making sushi (you can probably tell from the photo 😅), but from a regular, everyday point of view — I was happy with them. The sheets arrived in perfect condition: not torn, not broken, all whole and nice. They feel fresh, and during the sushi-making process they behaved well — didn’t fall apart and were easy to work with. Nothing frustrating, which is very important when you’re already nervous making sushi for the first time. In the end, the rolls actually turned out, so I guess the nori deserves some credit too 🙂 Overall, these sheets were convenient and did exactly what I needed them to do. I’d buy them again for homemade sushi.

You get what you pay for. (Not too bad.)
For the price, you're getting what you pay for. It's nice for a semi-bulk order, though the quality of the nori itself isn't the greatest. Flavor-wise it tastes how you expect it to, but the durability and "construction" are not freakishly great. Using one whole pack, two sheets were speckled with small holes, roughly 1mm-2.5mm in diameter, and one sheet had issues with cracking/tearing near the edge, this could be chalked up to user error but I wrote this down seeing this was the 8th out of 10th sheet without previous issues. Overall, tastes like nori, no complaints. Slight cosmetic issue with speckled holes, and slight durability issue with tearing edges (That could be user error). Not bad for the price, 7/10 sheets were perfectly fine and I'd likely buy this again due to the price point.

Worked good for me
Came in a large pack and it’s thick enough to roll and hold the shape. I’m new to cooking with this so I can’t comment on weather the cost is worth it. It was a little tougher to chew through but it was not unlike any other nori I’ve tried before.

Decent bread substitute, lacking flavor
First time buying larger seaweed sheets. They break easily so you must be careful how you store and use these. I do think they tasted rather blah …. Needed a bit of salt at least. Not so easy to wrap without breaking so that’s definite drawback. I appreciate that they’re organic and work well as a bread substitute.
