**Q: Would you have to take it to the dealer to get it programmed or will it program itself? It's for a 2016 dodge ram 1500**
A: No programming required

A: Yes, the module needs to be initialized after installed to synchronize it with the rest of the system’s electricals.

**Q: Is this module programmable to my vehicle?**
A: No I don’t think you have to program it I just removed the old one and replaced with the new one fixed my problem

The anti - lock brake system module was programed to the truck they took it off. We live in a small town and had no one that could reprogram the module. We were not told it was going to need reprogramed when we ordered it.
