I'm a business consultant and have used a number of ideas in the book. Every time the teams learned and achieved the goal.

I bought this for my volleyball team. We have used a couple of the exercises, and the kids love it.

Arrived quickly and have gotten great ideas to use with my employees.

Haven't tested out any activities, but I like the way it is set up, and have read a number of the activities in it. I can see many applications for these activities, not just with adults but potentially with children as well. Love that they aren't touchy-feely so can engage those who are resistant to such exercises.

Many of the activities can be built upon.

I was disappointed in this book because it has many of the same activities from his other books, I was expecting different activities. The activities in this book are good, they were just repetitive for me due to having copies of other books by this same author.

Bought this book to make the office team come together and have a little more fun, while learning something from each exercise :D I completed the first one today and it went well, everyone enjoyed it and they can not wait till next week!
