This product recommended by dermatologists is a serum designed to fight brown spots. I use it only at night and during the day sunscreen to avoid spots from UVA rays and blue light. I love it and it has worked a lot for me mainly in the armpits, and the face. 100% recommended.

Not a miracle cure
Recommended by my dermatologist for melasma but did not work as I expected. Using it now with a Derma roller which I hope will help.
