I'm not even kidding. My lower back hurt so bad with sciatica that I was in tears. I had tried everything. I was minutes from going to the emergency room. My cousin suggested this belt. Amazon delivered it within an hour. I literally crawled to the front door to retrieve it. As soon as I put it on, I felt immediate relief. I slept in this belt, and woke up the next morning able to get out of bed pain free. I wore it for the next several days, and immediately got better, and I haven't had to wear it since. My elderly father was having back pain and trouble getting around. I had one delivered to his house. He swears by it, and feels so much better. He wears it around the house all day. Throw away all of the pain medicine. You won't need it after you buy this belt!!!

I got this brace as my back started to hurt really bad out of the blue. I could hardly get out of bed or even bend over (come find out it was a herniated disk). I wore the brace and notice I could relatively go back to my normal day to day. Pros: it does its job and helps alleviate back pain by providing support Cons: it is not comfortable (however more comfortable than the pain itself), its very thick so it gets hot and sweaty, and it can be hard to hide or wear under clothes if you dont want people to notice. Overall recommendation: Id recommend the product as it does its job. I would just like the photo shows wear a shirt then wear the brace over it. Don't just put the brace on skin or itll be very uncomfortable.

After suffering from sciatica and low back pain off and on every 2 months, I just bought this. I have done physical therapy and it does help, but then 2 months later the pain starts all over again. This obviously doesnt replace a doctor and physical therapy, but as soon as I put it on 75% of my pain was gone. My problem is a small tweak gets worse and worse with literally every movement. If I was able to just lay in bed for 3 or 4 days the pain would mostly go away, but thats not an option. This is definitely supportive and taking the strain off my back, and that means im not constantly making my back worse. I will use it when up and about or sitting until my back calms down!

Great piece that saved me a ton of agony. I ordered it right after I pulled out my back. This i would definitely buy again. I'm 5'10 190 n the Large fit like a glove. I could actually do stuff and it's so sleek, you can't even see that you are wearing it.

It didn't fit that great and I bought it because my son had back problems. He doesn't like wearing it. Good quality and sturdy and built well. Just wish my son would wear it more

I've had a lot of lower back pain recently so I decided to upgrade my very old back brace. I was looking for more metal braces, wider, easier to put on. Well, this checked all the boxes!!! I'm very impressed with this back brace, I don't know how it could be any better. This really helps manage the pain of L4, S1 problems.

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
