Titanium Ball Piercing Earrings Pair - Hypoallergenic For Sensitive Ears

The only piercing I have ever had was when I was about eight years old, done with a piercing gun at a store. It was quickly discovered that I had a mild nickel allergy so I haven't worn earrings since then (I am 22 now). I randomly decided that I'd like to try piercing them again a few weeks ago and ordered these to be my starters since they're hypoallergenic. So far they look great, perfect size and everything. Lots of people have mentioned that the posts are really long, but they work nicely on my ears- depends on your ear shape I suppose. [[Side note: I managed to pierce my ears with these, no gun or needle (initially tried with a needle but the one I got wasn't suited for piercing). That's how sharp they are. I don't necessarily recommend this but it is possible. So if you want something sharp, these are great. If you have established holes that don't need reopening, you might find them irritating to put on.]]

These earrings are sharp, and have backs that protect the point and thus don't slide all the way on. That's because they are for piercing. I had let my ears close over years ago as I couldn't wear earrings anymore due to allergies. These were perfect - they poked through my original holes, and my ears healed in about 3 days. I wore them for about 3 weeks straight, and had no sensitivity to the titanium. And now I am wearing other titanium earrings. Yea. Only caveats: they are a little hard to take off because the backs click in place, very securely. And the posts are a little too long for my ear. But for my purposes, they were perfect, and I would definitely recommend them.

I have double pierced ears but don’t always wear something in my back holes so they started closing up. When I would try to get an earring in it took forever and hurt because of this. So I decided to get the kind of earring they used when I first pierced my ears as a teenager. These did the trick. They are small but went in easily. I have been wearing them now for about three weeks and will continue to wear them probably for another 6 at least until my holes adapt again. I’m keeping them in 24/7 and just spinning them in the hole just as if I had just pierced them. It’s working! I have no irritation whatsoever from these. I sleep and shower in them and no discoloration. They come in the plastic shell you would use to insert in a piercing gun but I just removed them from that and manually put them in.

These are made to be used with a piercing mechanism that I do not own. I already have pierced ears but have been having allergic reactions to even my gold and silver earrings. I wanted something I could wear all day and sleep with so that my pierced ears would stop closing and getting infected. These are perfect for that. I was drawn to the fact that these were surgical grade titanium. My ears have never been happier! No reactions, no redness, no swelling, and they are extremely comfortable to sleep in (a problem I was having with all my other types of earrings). I wish these were made without the sharp point made for the piercing, i.e., for those of us just looking for a non-allergic post earring with all the features of this one. These are very small but are working perfectly for me.

I originally got my ears pierced over 20 years ago with a very similar pair to this, same brand and backing but in gold. Those earrings have lasted me all this time without rusting or discoloration and they still remain easy to put in and remove. I ordered this pair because I wear more silver colors and I wanted the same functionality. I especially like them because of the back, and since I'm not going out during the pandemic, it's a lot easier to have a pair of earrings that you can just pop in for weeks at a time without changing, and sleep in without worrying about the back posts scratching your neck. If you're an adult definitely get the 4 mm pair, the 3 mm pair just is a little too small. Great high quality earring that will last you forever!

I bought these earrings to match a pair I'd bought from Walmart for a DIY second piercing. My plan is to have three to four in sequence going from largest at the bottom to smallest at the top. The 3mm is really quite small, smaller than I thought from the description, but they will still work great for my use. These ear studs are real titanium, are sharp pointed, and have locking backs. The backs are rounded so the are comfortable to sleep on, even with fresh piercing. I don't recommend trying to use these as-is for piercing or even with a gun. If you're gonna do it, do it right, sterilize the area and use an 18g or 20g hollow needle. Or just go to a real piercer because it will be lined up straighter than you can do in a mirror.

I bought these earrings for the row of piercings I have through my ear cartilage. I had blue and purple titanium balls that I purchased from a piercing shop at the local mall. I loved the color, but they color rubbed off after a couple months wear. These earrings are pure titanium - no color to rub off. They are SUPER easy to put on, and the rounded back makes sleeping in them comfortable. They were easy to remove from the piercing case. Just open the case, take out the ball part, stick the point into the backing and lift the backing out of the case. You will need to file the sharp point down before you use them the first time (just like you do with any other piercing earrings). I also suggest clicking the earring and backing together several times before inserting into your ear. That will ensure they "click" on and off easily. I was very pleased with my purchase. The earrings arrived quickly and the vendor was easy to order with.

These are my go-to studs. I don't have metal allergies, so I bought these as a high quality and secure daily option. Specifically, I was going on a three month backpacking trip with fairly new ear piercings, so I needed something to wear so my holes wouldn't close up. These did the trick and I have never had any issues after over two years! I wear them basically all of the time, just changing out for prettier ones on special occasions. Some other reviews mention that they are hard to take apart ( I saw this as a plus). They aren't difficult to remove in my opinion, but at the same time they are not going to fall off on their own. I take them off by pinching both ends with two fingers and gently pulling apart.
