One pack may stuff to dispenser like restaurants do, but we didn't want them that tight to get out, so we used about half of the pack to fill both sides. We can refill later. The napkins are restaurant grade - kind of thin and rough - but that's the fun of having diner napkins at home. They still work just fine for face wiping. We just wish they were a bit better value. The price is a bit steep for only 250.
