Review: Good quality fruit - Used this for the family Christmas cakes - and they went down a treat! Good mix of fruit, not too dry and not too soggy straight from the pack. Opening the pack gave off a great aroma of fruit which was a positive thing. Only slight down-side is that the pack is not re-sealable, but as this is aimed more at catering rather than home use that's understandable.

Fruity fruit
I am making rich fruit cakes to sell for charity. Each cake take 24 ounces of fruit. A 3kg packet does 4 cakes. I have ordered three times, the order comes within two days well packaged. The fruit is of excellent quality and it is much cheaper buying it this way than small packets in the supermarket. Very pleased.
