Aside from the ease of switching between the different uses, the clips that they come with are awesome. It allows for you to clip to any cables and use a true motion similar to that of the muscle movement itself, which allows for a feeling deeper into the muscle that i have felt before. I use the clips especially for back movements and for lighter weight shoulder movements.The straps are longer than normal straps which allow for wrapping tighter on the bar which gives you a more secure grip when lifting heavy weight.5 gave this 5 stars because they truly deserve it! I am by no means a small woman or a big woman. I would consider myself average build and I have a hard time getting these straps to be small enough for me to use comfortably. My husband can use them no problem but I wanted these for personal use. If you have all the different attachments for these weight straps you will be very happy with how they work together to provide you with a more intense workout I am just frustrated that I cannot get them to fit me right. I know that the purpose of this review is for the function of the product itself so I will point out they they are very well made with the ease of use in mind. I like that they are interchangeable and you don't have to spend a ton of time figuring out what goes where.
