A: Depends upon the physical size and amperage of the original battery.  I would think that if the toy is to be ridden, it will require a lot more current over time (ampere-hours (Ah)) more than 3.

A: No it does not include a charger.

**Q: What is a the charging time for a 8V .50A charger?**
A: Looks like this battery wants a little bit over 1 amp charge current. So that would be about 6 hours or so of charge time. Be sure the charger you use is designed for lead acid batteries
