Love this stuff for thickening and various paleo aip recipes! If you have food allergies it's perfect! I use it to make a dairy free Mozzarella cheese among other things. Look up recipes and figure out how to use it best. It's a staple in my diet now.

The product is great. Would have appreciated if 1/3 of one bag wasn't all over me, the kitchen, the bags, etc. One bag had a clean cut through it, but not the Amazon bag, so it happened before delivery to them. However, they made it right since the seller would not honor returns.
