Item Damaged
Simpex sl500 product was good but i got damaged one. One flash is working fine and another flash is not working and i saw fire on flash tube even i switch off the connection.

Bad quality
Worst quality i received the product just 45 minutes back i opened it and took it in to my hands the strobes handler was broken and the plug connector also so plz provide btr quality atleast not a gud quality also.....

Great product from simpex
Great product. It's best strobe light for beginners very powerful and havy duty better choice who want buy simplex 23 rt. I am old user of simplex.

No light bulb included.
Why is there no light bulb included. Without it the output is so low.
