Reds Skate Bearings (8mm, 16 Pack)

Great upgrade to standard bearings. I can't believe how much smoother my wheels roll and how it changed my stride. Quiet, slick, increased speed, and compatible with so many wheels. Just double check your size.

The are absolutely the best functional bearings I have bought that I use. The spin quality is awesome. I can go almost a whole revolution around the rink without pushing when I have tried to see how far they can roll. My wheels are rated at 94 and 92 on these bearings and they both work great with these reds. Noise level is fine because I am usually skating at a skating rink where there is loud music. I am having no issues with durability. The look of them is fine.

These are the first serviceable inline skate bearings I've ever had which only have a rubber shield on one side, the other side being open... they're also the fastest, very smooth and probably longest spinning. Almost a little disorienting how fast they were when I first skated on them. But that extra momentum you get with bearings like these seems to help you improve your skating technique I'm also noticing because of increased "foot speed". Bearings with a shield on only one side from what I've read are usually faster because of the reduced friction, but these may also spin better and be faster due to closer manufacturing tolerances for all I know. Haven't taken them apart yet to look and not going to until they start getting noisier and slower. May also be faster, etc. due to the lubricant they use. . They're also cheaper than bearings I've had in the past which were also usually more expensive. If they remain this fast after I take them apart, clean them and use my own lube on them a couple of times I'll be pretty impressed.

I've used these Bones Red Barrings for over a decade. I love them. Very smooth and sturdy.

Work great

I wanted to give them a five but I cant. They are just slow, plain and simple. Maybe its because they are in inline skates but they don't even come close to my old Boss Speed Bearings. They seem well made and are serviceable but without removable shields they are going t get dirty much quicker in my experience. They are very nice for the price that is for sure.

Best you can get! They are QUIET, spin forever, and work without fail every time. I can take turns hard. And these are the best you can get for the price! Reds for life!

Great product. I have been using these for years as bearings for my skates. This is the only bearings I have used for over ten years of skating.
