I have to admit, due to my idiocy, at first I didn’t realize the lid is a T-handle for the cord, and I could not pull the boresnake thru the barrel. I had the pull-string wrapped around my hand and it was impossible to pull. Then the little light bulb went off and I figured it out. Using the T-handle (be sure to wrap the string around the handle a few times, otherwise the string will be too long), it’s easy-peasy. I love this product and highly recommend it. Do not use the loop to pull this through, it will rip off. Be careful of the copper brush points when grabbing the snake to pull it through. **Q: How do you clean it?
