I am new to aip and was wondering if any of the dressings will work? it looks like maybe the lemon and balsamic might be ok. any help is appreciated.

I don't know what aip is and I didn't order the cilantro dressing. I get anything that is not listed with sugar in the ingredients. I know the ranch is ok, I figure the lemon/balsamic is too but read the ingredients list. I don't know how many of the others are. sorry if this doesn't help
