Excellent Drill Guide
I have been using Kreg's pocket hole drill guides to create cabinets for 30+ years. At long last I decided to use pocket holes to create the drawers that go in the cabinets. The Micro Jig Drill Guide worked as advertised with 1/2" thick poplar material; actually the material was slightly less than 1/2". The Micro Jig uses a drill that is smaller in diameter than the standard drill. As a result you can place the screws closer together which allows for additional screws to make the drawer corners quite secure. Note: The Micro Jig come with a drill and stop collar but not a square driver for the screws. The jig comes with a small assortment of screws, but additional screws will need to be purchased for completing your project. Speaking of screws . . . Even though various instructions and videos talk about using 3/4" screws for 1/2" stock I used 1" screws with no problem. The general rule of thumb is coarse thread screws for softer woods and fine thread screws for hardwoods. With the 3/4" screws there is only a fine thread version that is available, so I elected to go with 1" screws since they are more readily available in either coarse or fine thread.

Recently I needed smaller pocket holes for a small project and Kreg had this perfect tool for it
I've had my Kreg K3 jig set for years and many, many uses. Recently I needed smaller pocket holes for a small project and Kreg had this perfect tool for it. The jig performed well in my K3 jig set and made perfect smaller pocket holes for this this first project made with it. The project is now complete. I made burial urns for two very special, but departed pets, and these urns were only 5 1/2" square, 6 1/2" high and made from 11/16 thick mahogany. The tops needed to be attached with smaller and shorter pocket screws than could be used with the standard sized holes that are made with my K3 jig so this insert and smaller drill bit when used in the K3 allowed me to make these smaller pocket holes..

This was a great jig addition to my kreg lineup
This was a great jig addition to my kreg lineup. I needed it to successfully pocket hole 1/2" baltic birch drawers and it works very well. The screws sit below the surface and they are small and fine enough to not split the wood. I have used this for all other micro joints and projects requiring smaller fasteners. Another excellent product from Kreg. Best part is it fits the normal sized kreg jig holder!

GREAT adjunct for "small" wood joinery...
Great little pocket hole jig. Works great and suits my needs perfectly. As with most all KREG tools/jigs, you get what you pay for. This is no exception. I expect this to be the ONLY jig of this type I will have to buy for the remainder of my life. Kudos to KREG for making a pocket hole jig to use in small applications. It's PERFECT for joining wood pieces to build bird houses and bird feeders, etc.

Not imprinted measurements
Four stars for misleading photos, the drill block in the photo has the measurements imprinted within the block. The block I received has painted on measurements and may I add poorly painted on. I emailed kregs customer service which took care of the problem very promply by sending me another better painted on drill block. The kreg company has super customer service and backs its product 100%. I really think they should go back the imprinted or stamped in measurements this paint does not look like its going to stand the test of time. I have to say over all I really enjoy building with Kreg for fast solid results.

Great jig. Very useful.
I used this to build some new shelves with built in book ends for my home office. I also used it to build two new kitchen drawers. I plan to use it to build more drawers for my kitchen. I picked it up locally rather than buying it from Amazon because it was cheaper but it happened to be on sale there at the time. I also picked up a bulk box of the micro screws this jig works best with as well as some of the micro plugs intended for the holes this jig leaves. Oh yes. I also built a coat cubby that sits in our dining room beside our front door for our gear in the winter. There are lots of things you can build with this. I used this mostly on the projects I built with 1/2 plywood. I also used it on projects where I was joining half inch plywood to three quarter inch plywood. I used my older regular sized jig for the 3/4 to 3/4 inch plywood joining needs.

makes the best system for creating this joint
Purchased this add on for my frequently used master kit. I was commissioned to build cabinets for a 1967 Airstream restoration. Building extremely rigid and strong boxes from 1/2" birch ply was the rout I decided to take. The holes from this jig are much smaller than the standard size, and just as strong. Holes drill faster due to less material being removed. Pocket holes make for an incredibly strong and versatile joint. Kreg, by far, makes the best system for creating this joint. This addition is easy to use, high quality, and a good value.

Very Nice For Building Drawers
I was forced to purchase the Micro Jig along with SPS-F075-500 0.75-Inch No.6 Fine Thread Screws when I discovered my Kreg SPS-C1-500 Pocket Hole Screws along with the Kreg K3MS K3 Master Pocket Hole Jig System would slightly poke through my 7/16" (not true 1/2") birch drawer frames. I will say the Mico Jig 100% solved the issues but Kreg could have resolved my situation by simply manufacturing 0.75-Inch course screws for the K3MS system instead of creating an entirely new system. Kreg claims there wouldn't have been enough thread on a 0.75-Inch course screw to create enough catch on soft wood, which is not true. The required 5/8" depth setting on the Micro Jig drill bit lock collar, 5/8" by the K3MS jig deck guide, provides more than enough depth for a 0.75 course screw (if it existed) to catch. Also, a course screw would catch better on soft wood than the SPS-F075-500 fine threads. I have to use a torque setting of 2 on my dewalt drill in order not to strip the holes, which turns out perfect. But, Kreg is out to make money so viva capitalism! I just hate being "À la carte'd" on systems like this, still I like Kreg. SIDE NOTE: I use "Can-Do" clamps to to hold my drawer sides tight together, add a few brads, then install my SPS-F075-500's. Word of warning about the "Can-Do" clamp (made in Taiwan) as the red paint tends to rub off slightly on the work piece during a hard clamp. Warm water and a rag fixes this but it's still annoying. Replacement Has All Parts
On the first shipment, I didn't get a collar nor an allen key like in the picture. I did an exchange through Amazon, and got all the parts in the second shipment (painless exchange, but I wish the first package had had all the parts). The exchange didn't cost me any money. I used this in my Kreg K4 kit. My first project was an additional drawer in my garage. I used 1/2" pine plywood and 3/4" panhead fine-thread screws from Kreg. The drawer is staying together in rough use, so this kit works, but my technique needs some improvement because none of the edges lined up (I should have clamped my pieces together before screwing them together). I'll probably route some rabbets the next time. All in all, happy with this product.

Bien para piezas pequeñas.
Tengo el kreg 5, este es un buen complemento, sirve para piezas pequeñas, el material es muy resistente, el precio, no muy barato. Muy recomendable sin duda como todo lo kreg.
