Why do/did you take them?** A: I can only tell you the benefit that I personally find using this product. I'm 64 years old and I workout to stay in shape. Nothing heavy at my age, more like an endurance workout with weights. I pop 3 of these about 30 minutes pre workout and I never seem to run out of air. It's amazing! **Q: Are these vegan capsules? Thx** A: Yes. **Q: What are the ingredients in these? do they contain gluten? fillers? what are the capsules made from?** A: It doesn't say anything about being gluten free and I have celiac.
