Kit isn’t perfect, but gets the job done.
Kit did not include any screws. Screwdrivers are cheaply constructed, with tips quickly wearing done. Replacement screen is a good fit. Operation was successful, although a full restart was required (black screen). Seller was receptive to complaints and quickly resolved all issues raised. All in all, a 5-star rating is warranted.

Just because it's cheap, don't mean it's "Cheap" apparently!
Works as advertised. The screen isn't quite as nice as the OEM screen but it's 80-90% of the way there and in a fantastic price range. It's honestly not that hard to fix yourself especially if you have any sort of experience working with small electronics or tech.If the right user for this is phone 12 or 12pro is in need of a affordable alternative for screen replacement on their iPhone, this will be relatively easy to install, and has a decent polling rate, color gamut, and contrast ratio. I cam easily recommend at its current price point in this category.Good, decent product and a affordable alternative.

iPhone 12 Mini - Good DIY product but it was it's not as easy as described...learn from my mistakes
I bought a replacement battery for my 12 mini a few months back, then started having intermittent issues with the touch screen after I accidentally took it in my swimming pool.So I ordered this kit and decided to do both installs. I went to YouTube school on the install of both pieces before I started. My conclusion after finishing this job is it's a lot harder than most of the comments would imply. And of course the people putting out YouTube videos do this all the time and have the tools and work environment complimentary to the job. I'm an electronics tech but this is my first try with an iPhone screen:First step is to get the phone hot enough to soften the evil adhesive that Apple puts inside the 12 Mini. One of the videos the guy even commented on how sticky the glue on this particular model is. In the videos they have a special mat that they put the phone down on that heats the whole screen evenly all the way around, and they simply stick the plastic pick in and pry the screen off. If, like me you use a hair dryer, this process is very difficult...you need to get the whole rim of the phone super hot to even make a dent in this stuff. Probably should have used a heat gun but I was afraid of getting it too hot...no worries there. As a result I didn't get it hot enough and ended up trashing the screen, it came off in 3 layers, the outer touch, the substrate, and left the rest still glued in leaving the sensor array attached to the main phone body. Even after that I had a hard time prying the last piece off the phone frame and getting rid of all the black glue. The other thing that looks easy in videos is replacing the tiny screws that hold the plates and sensors in. These things are as small as a deer tick and twice as annoying. There are 3 bit styles and unless your eyes are really sharp you need a magnifier to tell the diff. Magnetizing them helps a bit. Also a magnetic tray from Harbor Freight to hold the screws is a good thing. If you have sausage fingers or the shakes you will have a tough time with these. A lighted magnifier is very helpful for this whole job.Anyway after those difficulties I got the thing back together and was gratified to see it light up and work. It now gives me a message that I don't have a genuine Apple battery or display, not sure if I will lose any functionality but we'll see. The display looks good and the touch works well. The kit comes with all the tools you need (except of course a heated mat LOL). It comes with one strong pick to help pry the screen off. Find a guitarist and borrow a half dozen more because you need to hold the screen back as you go around it once you finally get it to give up and separate from the phone. A set of tweezers, 3 screwdrivers, an adhesive gasket so you can reinstall the glue that made it such a pain in the first place. If you leave that out, which is tempting, I presume it would lose it's water resistance. It even comes with a nice glass screen protector.A pic attached of what happens when you don't get it hot enough and get the pic between the top layer of the screen...

Do not buy, defective.
Display has 3 bright spots on it. I had no issues with the install so it’s probably just poor quality control. Not bad enough to want to deal with replacing it again though. The most tedious part is removing the old adhesive. You can tell the difference in color and brightness range with the original OLED, but it’s good enough for keeping an old phone going.Update after a week of use: Phone is randomly entering inputs. It just gets erratic and starts entering text and swiping functions as if someone is controlling it, or there is a buffer re-entering past screen touches. This happens a few times a day and I have to lock the phone to stop it. Very unsafe to use a phone like this. Also the screen protector had black outlines around it…. Looks weird so I didn’t use it.

Perfect
Arrived fast, easy to replace, and even came with a few extras. All the tools were included of course, but it also came with a nifty magnetic picture of the inside of the phone with the screws that need to be removed clearly marked. It worked great to put each screw on the picture where I removed it and the magnet held them in place. The picture wasn't exactly like my phone...there was one additional screw in the phone that wasn't on the picture, but close enough and a very handy feature. The screen looked like an exact match of the original. As stated, I had to swap the old sensor to make it work, but that was easy and did the trick. It even came with a very nice glass screen protector!Ended up being the easiest screen replacement I've ever done. No complaints at all.

Perfect! Great LED Replacement Screen & Overall Kit!
This screen was great! Exactly as advertise. They provide amazingly great tools and a screen protector. The replacement screen is not an OEM OLED, but a LED screens, which really isn't a big deal. It is a hair bit thicker than OEM's, but not a big deal. To help protect the screens, just in case, they also provide a screen protector to go over the screen...so if dropped, the screen protector should break before the screen. Also, if you have a decent case, it shouldn't be a concern. Keep in mind it is reported, LED iPhone screens can use 20% to 30% more power than the typical OLED screen. So if you notice your battery needing to be recharged more often this could be an issue. OLED replacement screen can cost twice as much as an LED replacement screen, or more. I just depends how you will be using your phone. Good luck.
