Great Quality and Fit - Works with 4 of my Angle Grinders I own 5 different brands of angle grinders and these nuts and backing plates fit all except the Makita which had an odd size arbor. These nuts fit all standard 5/8" - 11 arbors. I tested the set with the following angle grinders: Ryobi PCL445 18V Cordless FITS DeWalt DWE4011 Corded FITS Chicago Electric 91223 Corded FITS Harbor Freight Blue unlabeled FITS Makita 9523NBH Corded NO FIT, arbor different size The quality of the nut, backing plate, and wrench is good. I noticed no significant difference in the hardness of the metal or the quality of the wrench. IMPORTANT: the wrench does not always fit the OEM nut. In some cases it fit my original nut but not in all cases. Some of the complaints were that the new wrench did not fit the original nut. This is unreasonable because there is no standard for the hole spacing on these nuts. The wrench included with this set appears to be a 30mm spacing of the holes. The notch on the nuts matched my OEM nuts at about 0.70" and obviously the hole and threaded nut fit the 5/8" arbor. I'm not sure why some people have had problems with these angle grinder nuts and backing plate. I suspect that the reason that people had trouble with the set was for one of the following reasons: 1. The new handle pin spacing did not match their angle grinders original nut or the quality of the new wrench was not good. Some reports of pins breaking off. Mine were strong and tight. 2. Their angle grinder has a non standard arbor like my Makita. 3. Their notch was larger than what appears to be the standard 0.700" notch. 4. Their arbor is shorter than most and the nut and backing plate do not fit. The new backing plates are a little thicker in some case than my OEM backing plates. BTW, I bought two sets of these from two different suppliers for a total of 5 backing plates and nuts. I work in a High School shop class and somehow these nuts disappear constantly. Fortunately I now have a way that doesn't cost too much to replace them.
