Easy to setup and worked perfectly right out of the box. Nice build quality and looks very clean inside and out. Runs Overwatch on high settings with ease at 60fps. No bloatware. Excellent work!

We received this and played for about about a week and experienced a problem that required a clean installation of windows. We received a USB right away however that did not resolve the issue. It was then determined that we needed to send the PC back, it would be fixed and sent back to us. We shipped it back and it was returned to us within about a week. Works like a charm no issues since. Gotta say the support was excellent! Glad we didn't give up.

I bought this PC for my nephew's birthday November 6th the PC was installed on November 11th the PC does not work anymore he used it like for 2 weeks and a half struggling to get it replaced since I ordered with time it arrived on September 28th I paid $514.64 definitely not worth it for 2 weeks and a half I do not recommend for no one to buy it

This PC almost lasted me 5 years. It worked fine for the first few years I got it, but then it started to go downhill from there. I bought the PC in 2020 and I noticed it started to act up in late 2022- early 2023. It would crash all the time, take a long time to boot up, and it could barely even run Roblox. Today is the day it finally died. Every time I try to boot it up, I get a blank screen or a screen saying ‘disk error occurred.’ It was working decently a few minutes ago but now it’s done. Would not recommend if you actually want to play games on this thing. Extremely laggy and crashes a lot.

It's a cool machine to look at. the Colors are awesome, however, it seems the wifi somehow got lost of disconnected from the pc. Even if we look in the Device Manager it doesn't show the wireless card. is this common? how do we get the wifi to work?

Positive: The Computer was awesome, it was perfectly clean and everything worked. It is quiet and runs smooth so far. I have had it for 5 days with no issues. The computer runs smooth with low basic gaming settings and is built to upgrade. I would recommend this for any starter gaming pc. It has the best value for all the components. The LED lights give it a great effect to. Negative: Would be better for medium to high gaming setting with 16gb instead of 8gb of ram.

I was sceptical at buying a gaming computer like this online with spending so much money but feel I got a great deal and computer performs as expected. Grandson is very happy with it

I bought ir for my 13 year old brother. He wanted to get out of an Xbox and has really enjoyed it. So far he has only played fortnite And COD and says the gaming experience is better. He likes the lights and how smooth its works with the games. Dont have anything bad to say about. Dont know how it would work with bigger games.
