It should be stamped on the packaging, just like any other perishable product. You can also freeze it.

Fool me once...

They use the name brand "Catupiry" but this is simply soft cheese and it is not at all Catupiry. I paid the high price to buy it thinking it's Catupiry but it is NOT!!!
