If you read them like traditional RWS Tarot you may get a conflicted read between your mind and your intuition. I am of mixed Jamaican roots and these cards open the doors to my Jamaican ancestors, now in the afterlife and their soul memories of when they were on Earth. I have no known connection to the Hoodoo tradition but the cards do open up soul memories of this tradition.
