This stuff is great for getting rid of visceral fat. It takes a while to do that so you need to stay on it a minimum of eight weeks. Do not overdose on this stuff. It works slowly. It gives you a slight intestinal discomfort, nothing major. Start slow with 1 tablespoon in the morning either straight or in your coffee if you can tolerate that well after a week you can update that to 2 tablespoons, which is the perfect dose. If you can’t tolerate 2 tablespoons, don’t worry just stay on the 1 tablespoon. The taste is reminiscent of very refined butter. So it’s relatively pleasant. Give it time and you’ll start seeing the results. It burns away visceral fat like mentioned, but it’s a slow process. It has other health beneficial benefits, but I’m not a scientist to elaborate on that. You can look that up for yourself. The good thing is that this is highly refined where it’s an MCT oil with pure C8. Do not buy the cheaper MCT oils as they don’t have the level of beneficial ingredients that this one has. If you buy another MCT oil make sure it costs about the same. Good MCT oil is not cheap. I hope this works for you as well as it’s working for me

This MCT Oil C8 is exceptional. The purity is noticeable from the first use, and the clean, light texture makes it easy to take. It gives me a smooth, natural boost of energy and helps me stay focused without any jitters or crash. I feel the difference throughout the day. Great. No taste and very healthy

Natural Force to my knowledge is the only organic C8 MCT Oil on the market. The oil has a neutral taste and is easy to swallow. The glass bottle is a significant advantage. However, the 3.5" diameter of this bottle is difficult to hold with one hand even half full. It would be very helpful to use a rectangular shape glass bottles. Highly recommended oil, will order again.

Firstly, the "Pros" - The Company's Customer Service gets a 10/10. - I LOVE the OIL itself. It works for both my wife and me. - I like that the Oil is Quality, Organic, 3rd Party certified, in a glass container, packaged to prevent breakage, etc. All this makes the product "pricey", but I don't object to paying a premium for a quality product. Now, the "Cons" (and they are "CONSiderable") (enough so that I may have to consider alternatives if improvements are not forthcoming) --The BOTTLE -AND- SPOUT are not "user-friendly". After having issues with both, I searched the internet for others facing similar issues (and found MANY people complaining about: Leakage, spillage, slippery bottle/hard to handle, etc.). IMHO, there are (at least) TWO major contributors to these issues. Number 1 is that the cap (at least on the bottles that I've received) are not TIGHTENED down enough during production. I did notice that the company changed the way the bottles are sealed by applying a "shrink wrap" over the cap (used to be the 3rd party certification ribbon). However, this only prevents the cap from coming further loosened (twisting) but does not stop a leak from a cap that was not completely tightened to begin with. (i.e. Oil between bottle neck/cap area and plastic "shrink wrap"). This IS an improvement from the earlier design, but (IMHO) the cap TORQUE needs to be increased to compensate for "Crush" of the seal to retain proper tightness. Number 2 (MAJOR issue) - The (small) VENT tube in the POUR SPOUT (when inserted in the bottle neck) protrudes INTO the oil and DOES NOT have any method of preventing the oil from exiting the top of the VENT TUBE during the first few pours. This causes issues with being able to hold onto the bottle as even the smallest amount of oil on the glass bottle makes it slippery. I actually pushed the vent tube UP so that it was not below the top (fill level) of the oil and inserted the stem of a Q-tip in the vent to PREVENT leakage until the fill level went down. IF one is VERY careful and pays close attention to this issue, one can prevent the oil from exiting the VENT TUBE. However, (IMHO) this issue needs to be resolved in a manner that negates it from even being an issue (One way check valve to prevent oil exiting vent tube? etc.) Side note: I also found that the vent tube(s) (on every bottle that I've gotten) have a BLACK residue inside them. I'm not sure, but I fear that this is oil that is used during the manufacture of the VENT tube, and this concerns me also. - My apologies for the length of this review. My hope is that these issues with be investigated and resolved by the company as I DO like the product otherwise and highly recommend the oil itself.
