Hi Michael, I received the package with your letter unfortunately I didn't had enough time to test your product but i sharpen few knifes and I' was satisfied by the finish on the edge,i believe the paste is more dedicated for jewelry but it can be used with success in many applications, Maybe in future i e post some pictures with my results. I've purchased this paste for knife stropping. The paste felt a little thicker than my expectation but this is just my preference. I could easily spread the paste on my leather strop. And after a few hours of drying, it leaves smooth feeling strop surface. I felt like I was stropping on bare leather. It feels like the blade GLIDED over the strop. The only difference is, the pasted strop leaves shiny mirror polish. Being water-based, it is easy to wash off paste residue. You can wipe off the residue with just water and tissue, but some soapy water or rubbing alcohol will make thing whole lot easier.

This product is a great water based polishing compound. Most are oil based. Vender was great and it can from Ukraine in a very short time.

Bottle shows date of production so you know it's not dried out. Diamond paste puts a great shine on lapidary projects. Bottle itself is a little hard to tear the plastic ring off that allows the lid to flip up.

The small amount. Can a large amount be purchased?

i tested the paste in stropping a knife and the diference in the edge was huge, it's a really good product i will buy again when i start to run low on paste 10/10
