The four stars is because I do have sensitive skin and I had some redness and dryness using this product. However, I had a horrible case of sumac poisoning, and I needed the dreaded itch to stop! This salve worked fantastic! I would say the salve lasts 12 hours on the areas I have used it on. Easy to use, just apply, good texture not runny oily.

I understand the ingredients are the same as the big box brand but still, works great for big bits, excema itches and I even add a little bit to my regular lotion after I go swimming.
