The tire is studdable for extra traction in winter weather. Earth Diggers Technology lets you tackle tricky terrain by digging into mud, sand, and dirt with a large block with alternating mud scoops. These off-road SUV tires feature deep, wide trenches designed for enhanced traction to help clear thick mud from the tire thanks to Mud Slingers Technology. These all-terrain tires boost durability with Stone Barriers featuring ridges designed to help protect against damage from sharp rocks and expel lodged stones and off-road debris. We’ve spent over a century building quality tires that are made to last. Incredible performance, reliable safety, and a price that won’t break the bank. That’s what you can expect from a Cooper Tire. Review: GREAT SET OF TIRES - These tires look GREAT on my 2020 Gladiator. Haven't had them off road yet, but with those huge lugs, they should dig like an excavator. Road noise is considerably less than the set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs on my Chevy 2500. Ran the Jeep up ton85 MPH, no issues, super quiet. BRING ON WINTER! My only complaint is theyre $70 more per tire because I have 18" wheels. Otherwise, these MTs are worth every penny. Review: These are what I was looking for - Put these on my 2020 Jeep. Original tires were awful for traction, could barely get a stuck truck out of the pasture with them when they were new. These have a good bite, yet don't feel squishy when cornering, and have minimal road noise. Mileage dropped a bit, but that was expected going to a wider and more aggressive tire. They look good as well. Was waiting for some rain to see where the limits are. Finally got some and took it out and pushed- hard. Tires stuck like glue. Had two spots on a road I use that flooded (5-6")doing 30-35, I hit the first one without slowing, never lost traction. Hit the second one same speed and slammed on the brakes in the middle- No ABS activation, it just stopped. I am quite happy with these ## Features - EVOLUTION M/T – The Cooper Evolution M/T SUV & Light Truck Tire gives you confidence to power through mud and tackle dirt roads so you can power through uneven rock and rough terrain; the tire is studdable for extra traction in winter weather - ALL-TERRAIN TIRE – Bold tread patterns featuring Earth Diggers Technology lets you tackle tricky terrain by digging into mud, sand, and dirt with large blocks with alternating mud scoops - MUD TRACTION – These off-road new tires feature deep, wide trenches designed for enhanced traction to help clear thick mud from the tire thanks to Mud Slingers Technology - STRONG AND DURABLE – This all-terrain Cooper Evolution M/T light truck and SUV tire boosts durability with Stone Barriers featuring ridges designed to help protect against damage from sharp rocks and expel lodged stones and off-road debris - 45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – Take time to make sure these new SUV & truck tires are the right ones for your vehicle; Cooper Tires offers a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to test out your new tires ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07S3RJLVY | | Automotive Fit Type | Universal Fit | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,073,374 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #2,181 in Light Truck & SUV All-Terrain & Mud-Terrain Tires | | Brand | Cooper | | Brand Name | Cooper | | Construction Type | Radial | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 248 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00029142928027 | | Included Components | Tire Only | | Item Diameter | 34.3 inches | | Item Dimensions | 34.25 x 34.25 x 12 inches | | Item Highlight | Light Truck Mud Terrain All Season Traction 129/126Q Rated E (10 Ply) Radial Construction Black Sidewall Tire | | Item Type Name | Tire | | Item Weight | 61 pounds | | Load Capacity | 4080 pounds | | Load Index | 129 | | Load Range | E | | Manufacturer | Cooper | | Manufacturer Part Number | 170171008 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Standard Limited Warranty | | Maximum Pressure | 80 psi | | Model Number | 170171008 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | OEM Equivalent Part Number | 90000035020 | | Ply | 10-Ply | | Rim Size | 18 inches | | Rim Width | 8.5 inches | | Seasons | Year Round | | Section Width | 29.5 centimeters | | Size | LT295/70R18 129/126Q | | Speed Rating | Q | | Tire Aspect Ratio | 70 | | Tire Diameter | 34.25 | | Tread Depth | 19.5 thirty_seconds_inches | | Tread Type | Directional | | UPC | 029142928027 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Vehicle Tire ISO Metric Size Description | LT295/70R18 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Cooper - **Load Capacity:** 4080 pounds - **Load Index:** 129 - **Rim Size:** 18 inches - **Section Width:** 29.5 centimeters - **Size:** LT295/70R18 129/126Q - **Speed Rating:** Q - **Tire Aspect Ratio:** 70 - **Tread Depth:** 19.5 thirty_seconds_inches - **Tread Type:** Directional ## Images ![Cooper Evolution M/T - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71sjOwaSKEL.jpg) ![Cooper Evolution M/T - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-oDjnSOFL.jpg) ![Cooper Evolution M/T - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71arIvG2SFL.jpg) ![Cooper Evolution M/T - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91w9mFm4AZL.jpg) ![Cooper Evolution M/T - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81fhPs0vb5L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I know this is a 10 ply LT tire but is still good for road/mpg?** A: They are well behaved on the road. You can feel the lugs on a slow roll and they have some road noise also. I lost some mpg with them but they are a M/T tire. They need to be rotated often to avoid cupping as with any aggressive tread. They are wearing very well I’m at about 12k on them. Happy with my purchase so far. **Q: Are these tires 10 ply?** A: This is a 10 ply tire. Thanks! **Q: Lt295 70 R 17** A: Yes LT 295 R17 my 99 2500 Ram came with 16" but I changed to 17". **Q: What’s the rim size?** A: 70R17 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT SET OF TIRES *by B***S on October 25, 2023* These tires look GREAT on my 2020 Gladiator.
